When can I expect my order?

Your order is always sent within 24-48 hours from our supplier. Normally you will receive your order seven to twenty days after placing your order, with exceptions. Due to corona, it may take a few weeks longer.

The expected delivery time has expired, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, an order can sometimes be delayed in the delivery process.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

If all goes well, you have received an email with your code. Can't find the email? It's not a problem. On our tracking page, you don't need the code to track your order:

The tracking page shows nothing, how is that possible?
From the moment your package arrives at the mail order company, the tracking information is available. Remember that there may be some delay between them.

Return

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Yes, you can return (almost) all orders to us within 30 days without giving any reason. Click here for more information.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

Go to the returns page and follow the steps. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. The products must be returned in their original condition with labels and tags still attached. The product must not show any signs of use and the packaging must be undamaged.

A return must always be accompanied by a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
